Daily Poker Quiz: AK with Outs, Calling an All In Bet

pokertable
The Situation: $30 Sit-N-Go, Level 4, 7 players remaining, 50/100 blinds. Everyone started with 1500 chips and you are the big stack with 5400. Your table image is that of a tight player who has always shown down quality hands. Your opponent has a stack of 2850. He has been playing very tight, but you know he is capable of switching gears as the blinds increase.
From UTG+1, you open raise to 350 with the AhKh and it folds around to your opponent who calls from the button. The blinds fold.
The flop comes QhKcTc and you decide to make a continuation bet of 600 with your overcards and gutshot.
Your opponent wastes no time moving all in for his remaining 2500. It will cost you 1900 to call, and you're getting right around 2-1 pot odds.
Do you call or fold?
a) Call
b) Fold
